Malayalam movies online: free full films, checked at the source
3 films with a checked free offer
Three Malayalam films pass the check at the moment, all published by Eros Universe South on its own channel: Kamal’s Nammal from 2002, the family drama Dalamarmarangal from 2009, and Ganagandharvan from 2019, with Mammootty.
Three is a small number for a cinema with the reputation Malayalam film has. It is small because most full Malayalam uploads online come from channels that do not own the films, and those are never listed here.

The three films
Nammal follows two young friends from very different backgrounds whose friendship is tested when they both fall for the same young woman. Kamal directed it, with Siddharth, Jishnu Raghavan and Bhavana, and it runs a little under two and a half hours.
Dalamarmarangal, with Vinu Mohan and Sai Kumar, is built around family secrets and the pressure of social difference. At under two hours it is the shortest of the three. Ganagandharvan is Ramesh Pisharody’s comedy-drama about a working singer, with Mammootty in the lead and Pisharody himself in the cast.
Why the Malayalam list is short
Malayalam studios license their films widely to paid services and television, and relatively few put complete films out free on their own channels. Of the films that do reach YouTube, a large share come from uploaders who hold no rights at all. Listing those would make this page longer and every entry on it unreliable.
Some Malayalam productions reach this site another way. Kooman, directed by Jeethu Joseph, is free in its Hindi-dubbed version and sits in the Hindi list, where the film page says which language you will hear.
How watching works
Each film plays on YouTube, free with advertising, with no account. The film page shows the runtime the channel reports and the countries the stream is cleared for; all three are available almost everywhere. The confirmation date tells you when the offer was last seen working, and the about page explains what the check involves.
Mammootty and Malayalam talent in the Tamil list
Mammootty, the star of Ganagandharvan, also appears in two films on the Tamil page: Mounam Sammadham from 1990, a legal thriller about a man accused of murdering his brother’s wife, and Vettakkara Siluva from 2001. Both are Tamil-language releases, and they are the best way on this site to see him in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
The Tamil list also carries Nil Kavani Ennai Kathali, with the Malayalam actor Kalabhavan Mani in the lead. Between those films and Kooman on the Hindi page, a good deal of Malayalam talent is free to watch here even though only three films are in Malayalam itself.
Choosing by length
Dalamarmarangal is the one to pick for a short evening, at about an hour and three quarters. Nammal and Ganagandharvan both run close to two and a half hours. The picker on the home page can sort that for you if you give it the time you have.
Kerala’s cinema, and why so little of it is free
Malayalam films are made mainly in Kerala, and they have a reputation well beyond the state for realistic scripts and strong ensemble acting. That reputation is part of the reason so little is free: films that sell well to paid streaming services are rarely given away.
What does reach YouTube officially tends to come through the large distributors, and Eros Universe South is the one publishing complete Malayalam films at the moment. Each of the three here comes with the runtime and regions the channel reports, and none needs an account.
The count on this page will rise only when a rights holder decides to publish more, and each new film will carry the date it was first confirmed. Nothing here is added by guesswork, and nothing uploaded by a third party is added at all, however complete it looks.

Questions people ask
Who publishes these Malayalam films?
Eros Universe South, the regional channel of Eros, which holds the rights. All three films on this page come from it.
Are there subtitles?
That depends on the upload, not on this page. Some studio uploads carry English captions and some do not; the film page links straight to the channel so you can check before starting.
Will more Malayalam films be added?
When a rights holder publishes one free and it passes the same check, yes. The number here follows what the owners publish, not a target.
Which of the three should I start with?
If you want something light, Ganagandharvan. If you have two and a half hours and want a campus drama from the early 2000s, Nammal.
